Thank you for shopping with SaunaSalt. Here's everything you need to know about how we get your order to you.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a shipping notification with tracking once it's on its way.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
We offer the following shipping options at checkout:
- Standard Shipping (5–7 business days) — rate calculated at checkout
- Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days) — rate calculated at checkout
- Free Standard Shipping on orders over $[29.98]
Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipment, not the order date.
International Shipping
We currently ship to select international destinations. International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout. Please note:
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.
- SaunaSalt is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery status directly with the carrier.
Lost or Stolen Packages
SaunaSalt is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please check with neighbors and your local carrier first, then contact us at gunner.w@nwimmersion.com and we'll do our best to help.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If you catch an error, contact us immediately at gunner.w@nwimmerion.com — we'll do our best to correct it before the order ships.
Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
