At SaunaSalt, we take pride in the quality of every product we craft. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we'll always work to make things right.
Returns
Due to the nature of our products, we accept returns on unopened, unused items in original packaging only. Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date.
To initiate a return, please contact us at [your email] with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, we'll provide instructions for sending the item back. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the credit.
Opened or Used Products
For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used products. If you're unsure whether a product is right for you, we recommend starting with our Variety Pack.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and packaging. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no return necessary.
Wrong Item Received
If we made an error with your order, we sincerely apologize. Contact us and we'll reship the correct item or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
Sale Items
All sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.
